Bárbara has facilitated and designed therapeutic Group Work since 1997. She brought her earliest workshop: “Experiences” to large groups in The Netherlands\, Italy\, France\, UK and Argentina. These awareness-intensive processes are a legacy of the human potential movement (HPM) of the 1960s\, with techniques such as AUM Meditation Marathons\, Psychodrama\, Bioenergetics and Primal Feelings work.

SUMMARY:Reflective Supervision Group with Bárbara Godoy 2024
DESCRIPTION:All therapists have an original project\, an intention\, a gut feeling\, the reason why they decided to practice. Through training many things are learnt but often this profound and personal purpose can be clouded. This weekly group provides a safe space that promotes a non-judgmental approach. We aim to create a kind of intimacy where practitioners can see themselves clearly whilst getting the support to be who they are. Once the practitioner’s own individual style is discovered a process to master what will become their own personal approach begins. The group is the supervisor\, a gentle but firm mirror to observe our work with perspective and generate understanding of the client’s process by taking into account ourselves as co-creators of the therapeutic encounter. A creative and uplifting weekly group that aims to strengthen the therapists’ own existential awareness. \nBárbara Godoy M.A.\, Adv. Dip. Exi.
