For all new clients, it is required for you to complete the initial assessment first.

Each of the sessions typically lasts for an hour as Emily guides you through the presenting challenges, any arising resistance and the opportunity to shift your perspective, as you begin to experience the new positive thought and behaviour patterns that are available for you to strengthen.

The space between each session will depend on the progress you have made and the support you require in-between.
