As a fully qualified integral psychotherapist, I use a wide range of techniques and theories when working with clients on a one-to-one basis. This means I attend to the whole person, their perceptions, thoughts, feelings, and physical experience working as a whole. My approach to therapy is based on non-judgement, trust, and respect. It is also relational in that I believe, most if not all, psychological distress stems from the quality of our relationships, past and present. An integrative style of therapy allows me to have greater flexibility in assessing you, the client’s needs.
She also provides supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors and students at Metanoia Institute.
She aims to tailor the therapy to meet clients’ specific needs with an empathetic and congruent approach. Confidentiality and trust are essential to the counselling process. Clients may safely share difficult feelings and thoughts with me in the knowledge that their personal identity and information will be retained in confidence and free of judgement. She abides by the BACP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
She is currently enrolled on a Doctorate towards qualifying as a Doctorate in Counselling Psychotherapist.
She is providing live shows regarding psychoeducational content in Persian Media such as Manoto Television in London in Farsi.
