A respected psychologist, Victoria brings a wealth of experience from diverse settings, including NHS adult community services for complex needs, low-secure mental health hospitals, and leading mental health charities such as MIND. She specialises in supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, helping them heal from trauma, challenge limiting beliefs, and overcome emotional and behavioural barriers to achieve purpose-led success, fulfilment, and happiness.

Victoria’s therapeutic approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic theory, enhanced by existential principles within a flexible, integrative framework. Recognising that no one approach suits everyone, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. By exploring how past experiences shape current feelings and behaviours, she helps clients identify core beliefs and patterns, fostering healing and enabling them to reframe their stories to align with their aspirations.

As a complement to psychotherapy or as a standalone approach, Victoria offers Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, Victoria worked extensively in corporate banking as a Relationship Manager, supporting various client groups from multinational organisations to small businesses. This experience provides her with a unique understanding of the pressures faced by professionals and entrepreneurs, enabling her to offer tailored support for achieving balance and resilience in demanding environments.
