Project Description

Jacqueline Crane, Integrative Psychotherapist, MSc, PG Dip.
I am a UKCP-registered integrative psychotherapist, working with individual adults in central London and online.

How I can help
I offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly. Together, we would take time to understand your experiences, including what is contributing to how you are feeling now, and explore what feels possible for you moving forward.

As an integrative therapist, I can draw from a range of approaches to tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful and relevant for you at this time.

My clinical experience spans over eighteen years, supporting people who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or under pressure
  • Going through life transitions, including loss or bereavement
  • Dealing with relationship difficulties or family issues
  • Navigating recovery or complex health issues
  • Experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy, or childbirth
  • Feeling stuck in low mood, self-criticism, or low confidence

Beginning therapy

The quality of the relationship you have with your therapist is central to effective therapy. I focus on building a warm and collaborative relationship, a space you can trust and feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on for you. This might include emotions, relationship patterns, or ways of coping that no longer feel helpful, particularly during periods of uncertainty or change.

Therapy can provide a space to recognize that experiencing struggle is part of the human journey. Your challenges, questions, and uncertainties are natural aspects of life that can be met with curiosity and compassion. Exploring them together can lead to
insight, reconnection, and a greater sense of ease within yourself.

I would work alongside you to make sense of your experiences, holding space for reflection on how you are living now, what feels meaningful to you, and how you want your life to feel going forward, at a pace that feels right.

Client testimonial
… Having someone completely independent and a dedicated time to focus on myself was a godsend. Jacqui made it feel ok to get some extra support. The anxiety attacks didn’t go away at the press of a button but over time I was able to manage it considerably better. My weekly sessions with Jacqui became an important part of my life giving a time to reflect and offload like I had never done before in a guiltfree way.
