Project Description

Tamla Anderson, BSc dipCNM mANP GNC

Tamla is a Nutritional Therapist and supports clients back to best health and wellness with nutrition and lifestyle management techniques.

“I feel very passionately that there is a direct link between eczema and nutritional intake. In order to become eczema free, we need to understand how nutrition and lifestyle affect our gut micro-biome, our immune systems, our liver, our minds and consequently, our skin. Some eczema is genetic. Other types are environmental. Some eczema is basically about the skin as an external organ. For most people starts inside and shows on the outside. With appropriate modifications to our diet, lifestyle and environments, we can reduce the frequency and severity of it and even live eczema free.”

While Tamla specialises in working with clients with eczema, she also works successfully with a range of health conditions like pre-diabetes, weight-loss, allergies, chronic fatigue, anxiety, food intolerance, pain & discomfort upon eating, IBS and more. She meets with her clients in person and will take you through a comprehensive health and medical history profile in order to tailor an appropriate, safe, personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan. Where appropriate and necessary, she may suggest some functional testing and will guide you through this process.
