A lot of people suffer from sexual function issues in silence due to fear or embarrassment. A professional, like Helen, will listen to you and help you to find the resolution to your issues in a safe and non-judgmental environment. The most common questions they struggle with: ‘What is normal or abnormal?’, ‘Am I normal?’, ‘What if my partner finds out?’…but there is no need to face it alone.
Body, mind and soul work as one interrelated system and cannot be separated from each other during treatment. The roots of many physical illness or pain can start with psychological issues.
