Tijana Urosevic, MSc Applied Neuroscience, BA (Hons), MBACP, AfC, FENS, BNA, ANA
Applied Neuroscientist and dual-qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Executive Coach specialising in Trauma, Anxiety, Relationships, Burnout, Sexuality and Late Diagnosed ADHD.
As a member of the British Neuroscience Association (BNA) and Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA), Tijana bridges cutting-edge neuroscience with compassionate, practical support to help clients rebuild their lives with autonomy and resilience.
Having navigated high-stress environments during her 15-year career in investment banking and finance, Tijana brings a uniquely integrated and innovative approach, combining business acumen, neuroscience, and therapeutic insight.
Tijana works from an integrative, relational foundation, drawing on neuroscience, somatic practices, parts work (Internal Family Systems), trauma processing, and cognitive approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With a psychodynamic and attachment lens, the work is both reflective and forward-focused—bridging therapy, coaching, and practical tools to support growth, regulation, and meaningful change.
Educated in applied neuroscience and psychology, Tijana blends a strong academic framework with a warm, non-judgemental space for exploration and growth. She works with both individuals and organisations, drawing on multidisciplinary collaboration when needed. A registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association for Coaching (AC), she adheres to professional ethical standards. She is also a trained physical and mental health first aider, equipped to support psychological wellbeing in a grounded and practical way. At the heart of her practice is a deep commitment to helping clients develop greater self-awareness and actionable strategies to thrive—whether in personal life, relationships or high-performance environments.
A Member of the European Neuroscience Society (FENS) and Founding Lead of the Neurodiversity Special Interest Group at the Applied Neuroscience Association, she champions inclusive approaches to mental health. Tijana also leads the UK chapter of the Psychedelic Medicine Association and is a trained Psychedelic Practitioner with Clerkenwell Health.
Currently, she is conducting research at King’s College London investigating burnout in ADHD, further informing her evidence-based practice.
