Gail is a GHR-registered Clinical Hypnotherapist accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), Licentiate member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP), a registered and affiliated member the National Register of Psychotherapists & Counsellors (NRPC) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD).
Gail works with an almost inexhaustible variety of client issues from personal development, sport and academic performance, stress management, fears, phobias, addictions, surgical and dental anxiety, confidence issues, pain control and women’s health. She also works with children, teens and young adults, helping them to find resources within themselves to cope better and overcome any issues that may be hindering them or holding them back such as social anxiety, depression, eating disorders, exam nerves, self confidence and bullying.
I integrate a variety of theoretical perspectives to therapy according to individual needs with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural, Hypnotherapy, Hypno-psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused Therapy, Rapid Intervention, NLP Coaching and EMDR / EFT
She has many years’ experience helping clients living with chronic pain, illness and disease, reducing stress and anxiety so they can cope better with medical procedures, tests and results and to manage pain and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
