Fees & Terms
At the initial assessment, together, we will explore your current issues, background history and establish the focus for therapy. When you first get in contact with me, it is useful if you highlight the challenges you need help with, so I can ensure I am a good match for you.
For all new clients, it is a requirement for you to complete the initial assessment first.
Over 6-12 sessions, I guide and support you to uncover your triggers and notice what is holding you back as you put all the pieces of your puzzle back together, and naturally, bring about changes to lead you to love and accept every aspect of your life.
Each of the sessions typically lasts 50 minutes and I try to book you in for a regular time slot each week. For the start of your journey, weekly attendance is important for your therapy to progress.
